All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to process and ship all orders within up to 14 days. Please note that during busy periods, processing and postage times may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

**International Orders & Customs Duties**

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated charges before placing your order. The Silicone Lab is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing, nor for any additional charges incurred.

This is simply because silicone moulds are durable, long-lasting tools, and many of our existing designs were produced before our rebrand.Please rest assured that these moulds are made to the same quality standards and are supplied directly by us — only the name on the mould differs. This helps us reduce waste and continue using perfectly functional equipment rather than replacing it unnecessarily.
