24-Hour Return Window

We offer a 24-hour return policy. You have 24 hours from the time your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

Kindly Note:

Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted. 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
